Our team was required to lay the 1000m2 roof with natural slates. This was a complicated roof that presented itself with many challenges, and we could not prouder of the finished result that our team worked hard to achieve. Please visit our gallery to see more of this project.

Tonyrefail school, Rhondda Cynon Taff

GRADE II LISTED BUILDING

Tonyrefail School was built in 1931 and opened in 1933 as a grammar school. This neo-Georgian style building has a deep history that has stood tall before World War II.

Working on buildings like Tonyrefail school is something we take pride in at Silvey Roofing Ltd and our team relished the opportunity to show off their leadwork capabilities. Our team was required to replace all the lead bays, box gutters, capping the stones and leadwork to windows as well as the general maintenance repairs around the building. To see more images of this project, please visit our gallery.
